Yes, she's very straightforward and deliberate, she doesn't tend to sit and think. I actually see her v. much as the sort of person who gets v. frustrated or agitated in a situation where she CAN'T act because that indicates a lack of control and she's the sort who would hate that. Shinji on the other hand, is far more caluculating and careful, so he's much more of a watcher/thinker.
